Each OEM project starts from different architectural drawings. We standardize the process from drawing to finished product using AI to ensure quotations, technical documentation, and production always have a consistent data source.

Drawing to BoM
AI Claude analyzes 2D/3D drawings to create a clear material specification table (BoM) detailing accessories, dimensions, and materials.

Technical aluminum milling, automatic robotic welding, and crafting shelving according to a directly digitized cutting list from software, ensuring absolute mechanical accuracy.
Trial Sample & Master Sample
We produce trial samples for the investor to directly approve before mass production. The approved sample will be the measurement standard for the entire shipment.
Assembly, QC Inspection & Export Packaging
Water pressure testing process, marine shockproof packaging according to container diagrams and a quality inspection document set compliant with local standards.
